I am passionate about what I do and I offer a holistic approach using evidence-based treatments including psychotherapy, medication if required and psychoeducation.
My approach to mental health
I have a biological and cognitive-behavioural approach to Mental Health and believe in promoting a healthy style of living and providing psychoeducation as a way to help the person understand and be better able to deal with their psychological, emotional or mental health problems.

About me
I am a Consultant Psychiatrist specialised in General Adult Psychiatry.
I completed my Medical Studies Narayana Medical College, Nellore.I have over 7 years of experience as a practicing Psychiatrist.
Having gravitated towards psychiatry during MBBS, I worked as a resident for an year at National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore which sealed my interest in psychiatry. Then I went on to complete my MD in psychiatry from Narayana Medical College, Nellore. My field of interest is always into adult psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine.

The initial consultation includes a thorough assessment, diagnosis required and discussion of treatment plan.
I try to accommodate my client's particular needs, and can provide extra privacy to those that might require it.
